In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulatory Law, we make available to our Prospects, Clients, Visitors, and Suppliers the following Terms and Conditions

      Inform about new services or products related to services provided previously;

      Control company security; we inform you that you are being video-recorded by security cameras. These images will be used for security purposes for our prospects, clients, visitors, and suppliers. The mentioned data will be kept for 120 natural days and will be canceled afterward. Recordings are stored in a secure area with restricted access to Executives, Managers, and, if necessary, competent authorities who will be requested by the Data Controller through a court order.

Procedure and Requirements for the Exercise of ARCO Rights: For the exercise of the rights referred to above, your request must be accompanied by at least the following information

    Full name indicating whether it is a Prospect, client, visitor, or supplier, as well as their complete address.

    Documents proving the identity or legal representation of the owner of personal data.

The Responsiblewill inform the data subject, within a maximum period of twenty days, counted from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition was received, of the determination made, so that if it is appropriate, it can be made effective within fifteen days following the date on which the response is communicated. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended only once for a period equal to the original, provided that the circumstances of the case justify it.
